1. Aadhar Verification: To ensure and confirm the KYC details along with full understanding of business model of the Asort. It is also to ensure that distributor shall be aware that Asort is not providing any job opportunity to them.

2. Grievance Redressal Team: It investigates the problems or issues raised by any Independent Direct Seller/Distributor to provide timely resolution. Grievance Redressal Team is available on all working days from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

3. Online Compliance Team: It tracks the unethical activity against the Company by any insider or outsider i.e. Fake job posting in the name of the Asort, fake articles or negative video posting against the Asort and so on. They also track the social media activities of the Independent Direct Seller /Distributor to ensure that the content is ethical and in compliance with the policies of the Asort and Direct Selling guidelines. Any content which is not in compliance with the policies is brought to the notice of the Independent Direct Seller/Distributor for timely action.

According to the Policy, it allows all the distributors to place a refund request subject to the return window of the products mentioned on the product page.
